- Slice chicken fillets into strips
- Season chicken with salt, pepper & smoked paprika
- 10 min. chicken strips grilled on medium
- 12 min. jasmine rice boil & drain
- Char pineapple on high heat, dice, drop in rice, stir
- Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, honey drizzle & pepper flakes
- Top rice with grilled chicken strips and toss in bowl
