Our in-house pipeline process
We believe you deserve to know what goes on in our production house. We strive for a NO OUTSOURCING MODEL as our team handles directly with your product for priority, task and preparation in-house.
Laser & Shakeout Operators
We source a selection of quality metals and tubing to load, cut and manufacture. We also collect any skeleton scrap for recycling. Our massive Fiber Laser allows us to denest a new batch of cut parts while sending a new sheet in to cut at the same time.
Press Brake Operators
Our Forming Specialists carefully bend and shape each component to create the strength and structure required. Engineered bend allowances and tight tolerances ensure precise fitment while maintaining the simplicity and functionality behind every IRONFLAME Grills product.
Weld, Grind & Product Prep
Our In-house Fabricators are meticulous in building your IRONFLAME Grills product to our Factory Standard. Our product lines have always had a high watermark for quality, functionality and an experience worth sharing. This area is shielded with red welding screens to help protect team members from welding arc glare, sparks, and other fabrication hazards.
Handlers & Inventory Trackers
Our In-house Material Handlers & Inventory Trackers organize & sort parts into storage bins for a clutter-free environment, sending any damaged parts to have recut. Fasteners and product components are organized to maintain a clear workflow and ensure efficiency.
Assembly
Our Assembly Team gather, inspect, and combine each component, ensuring every product is complete and ready for packaging. Each unit is then verified for proper fitment & completeness before being staged for shipment.
Packing & Shipping
Our Shipping department box, protect, and prepare each order for transit, utilizing protective packaging materials to help prevent damage during shipment. Each shipment is verified for completeness and secured to ensure all components arrive ready for assembly and use.
